My order did not arrive, or something was forgotten/broken, what happens now?
Your first stop is to let us know. People are human and delivery services (such as the US Post Office) can have accidents. Since each situation is different, please write me, providing all information and we'll get involved to solve your problem. In some cases, you will be required to return the damaged item to us before replacement can happen. Return shipping is your responsibility. Keep in mind that shipping is never refundable. We're happy to report that far less than 1% of any shipment has ever had a quality or shipping issue. But if you do, your satisfaction is important to us.

Do you have a minimum order?
Due to shipping costs it just makes sense to order as much from us at one time, as you can. After all, it only costs you $5.95 per order to ship! But, if you just want to try a few things, that's fine.

Do you ship internationally?
We do but we do have to handle international orders a bit differently. Our cart is set up for domestic flat rate shipping (United States). We welcome international customers, but if you purchase from us, we'll send you an additional invoice, through PayPal for the shipping difference. We do not provide flat rate shipping outside of the United States. Or, you can go to our Etsy shop (CoquetteBath) and purchase from us there. Canadian shipping is included on most items. We do not offer flat rate shipping at all in our Etsy shop, so our international customers can purchase easily. If something 'here', isn't 'there' (and you'd like to order) we can make that happen. Just drop us a convo (Etsy's word for email) through the Etsy system and we'll handle it for you.
Do you offer soy wax products?
Presently, we do not. The reason is simple. Paraffin blends, such as the ones we use to produce our candles and Nuggets™ wax melts simply hold more fragrance. If we ever find a soy blend that works as well, we'll definitely consider offering it. But for now, since our goal is the best scent for the best price (and soy is also more expensive), we do not.
You keep all of this product in stock? Always?
I do. Now, I don't necessarily have 10 similar products in stock unless it is soap or lip balm. Those batches make 12 or 16pc respectively. So if you order 8 Raindrops Sachets, or 5 jars of Plumeria Sugar Cube scrub, I'm going to make them for you. If you just want one or two, that 's in stock. While I do sell a lot of varied products, batch production means that I don't have to make everything, every day or even every week. I keep all ingredients and packaging on hand (in fact, I order packaging weekly...) so that when you do order, I can just whip it up and ship it out. For this reason, larger orders should always allow 5-7 processing days before shipment. If it is important that something ships immediately (for this business, it would be the next business day after order is placed and paid), please drop me a note and ask me what is in stock for immediate shipment. My goal is your happiness.
Are any of your products Vegan?
Most of them are, actually. I have always preferred to use vegetable based ingredients, along with natural Vitamin E (not the synthetic so often substituted) and gentle colorants. The only 'non veggie' ingredient that I use is sun-bleached beeswax. There are vegetable substitutes for beeswax, but after consultation with beekeepers, I've continued to use this naturally derived product. Beeswax is used in my lipbalm and my lotion bars, only.

Yes, we do! Having a flat rate shipping is a simple solution to the shipping headache that most online biz has to suffer. Most of our customers will actually pay less shipping under this method than the 'traditional' method of boxing, weighing and charging. Please note that this shipping charge is for RETAIL only and does not apply to wholesale purchases. Wholesale customers will pay applicable shipping minus any discounts or incentives. Please email us if you have any questions! Each time the Post Office raises rates, shipping expense is always evaluated. Shipping is not a profit center for me, and I really strive to keep my costs down as low as they possibly can be.

Do you offer free samples?
We only send out samples with orders. Each order will come with at least one sample at no charge to introduce our customers to new products or scents.
I have a blog or youtube channel and would love to get some items to review!
First, thanks for your interest. But as a small business, review products just aren't feasible. From time to time, we do look through the blogosphere for appropriate blogs. Please do not spam my email with requests for free items for review! If you want to provide a link to your blog, we'll check it out. And from time to time, we do send items to worthy blogs for their attention. A blog must have at least 50,000 unique pageviews a month (or 35,000 verifiable readers), with the vast majority of their readership in the United States.

I do! Wholesale is handled a bit differently than retail and there are specific rules and requirements. If interested in selling my products at your retail brick and mortar (no flea markets or temporary venues will be allowed, sorry) drop me an email and we'll get talking! You can sell any grouping of my products. Minimum order and minimum quantities will apply.

How to 'burn' scenting oil:
This is just a tip on how to get the most use out of our fragrance oils. Whether you use a tealight warmer, one of our wax melters or another method, the key to 'burning' oil safely is water. Yep, water. Oil and water don't mix, of course. But the oil will rest gently on the surface of the water. Water acts like a buffer between the heat and the delicate oils. As the water warms, fragrance disperses through the room. Doing it this way, the oil won't 'smoke' (dangerous) and you'll still get amazing fragrance. We've been recommending this method for a decade and it works, folks.
