Sugarplum Boutique is pleased to offer FREE shipping on all orders over $75.00.
All other shipping is based on the dollar amount of items purchased.
Sales Tax
No sales tax will be charged if the delivery address is located out of the state of Arizona. All deliveries in Arizona will be charged a 7.8% sales tax on merchandise.
Delivery Time
Many of our items are in stock and ready for immediate shipping. However, some products will be shipped directly from the manufacturer. These items will be noted on the product page with their approximate shipping time. Some orders may have items that will be shipped separately; depending on what is in stock. These orders will not incur any additional shipping costs. In the case of an item being on backorder; you will be notified promptly by email. You can choose to continue with the order or cancel at this time.
Returns and Exchanges
Sugarplum Boutique is happy to issue a refund or exchange for merchandise within 30 days from the date of purchase. Please notify us by email at splumboutique@gmail.com or calling (480) 241-2090.
All items returned must be in NEW condition, with all original packaging and tags attached.
Shipping charges will not be refunded on returned merchandise. Items shipped with FREE shipping will have applicable shipping charges deducted from the amount refunded/exchanged.
In some cases there may be a 25% manufacturers restocking fee.
